when i dropped my dog off i felt ignored. they took him back, told me to fill out paper and take the yellow copy. i had no opportunity to talk to staff or ask questions. they arranged a late pickup for me which was great of them. however, as soon as my dog was let out of the kennel he pooped right on the floor, as if he had not been let out to eliminate. he was also wet but did not smell like shampoo. so I do not know what that was all about. when he got home he ran right over to the bushes and peed for, (i am not exaggerating), thirty seconds. that doesnt seem like a long time but just time yourself next time! He has never peed like that before. he also had much more food left than he should have and he was very thirsty when he got home. I do not know what was going on there, but it wasnt a good experince for me or my dog.
Beware of the inconsistant staffing

Beware,, I gave them my Lab in perfect health and picked her up three days later and had to take her to the vet with dehydration and a plug of fur missing from her hind quarter, I brought my dog home and she made a bee line to her dish and drank two bowls of water and ate a dish of food,,my dog is a grazer she never eats a whole bowl of food at one time she has been lathargic and sleeping a whole day now I will have to take her back to the vet tomorrow if she does not perk up. The vet says the fur missing from her hind quarter was pulled out,, the skin was completely red and raw looking.

Very happy with their grooming services...much more important our pet is very happy too! Also, their groomers are very attentive to listen to your needs. Have not tried there sitting services but the grooming is great!

We got our little Sophie from Macon Pets a couple of weeks ago. They always have the cutest puppies around. Doggie daycare always seems to be a hit with everyone. Thanks Macon Pets!
