Description:

Christened in 1980, the Smith Tennis Center is one of the world's top 25 municipal places to play tennis. The center has 24 lighted courts, tennis shop, and locker room facilities and offers lessons, summer camps, and tournaments. The center is named for John Drew Smith, who was instrumental is popularizing the sport throughout the state of Georgia. Located adjacent to Highway 23, the center is just north of North Macon Park.
